I just downloaded TF-JoinUs yesterdday and it installed fine execp one thing:

Where I can set email adders where all info go when user press that send button?

it gets sent to the websites email address so whatever the phpnuke email is set to is where it goes

Aaaaha, so it don't do to the site admin email addres (just make sure)?

I have my email addres in site preferences but I don't get amy emails, so I have to set emailaddres somewhere else?

yes its the email in the preferences, you might check your spam folder also
